Expect Red Hawk to Meet All Your Real Estate Needs
Our Clients long to entrust all their real estate transactions to one dependable team. Red Hawk is that team. Red Hawk Values:
Our company is founded on three pillars: Technological Leadership, Social Commitment and Environmental Responsibility. We weave these values into every aspect of our professional life. Everyone wins when real estate transactions are handled with insight, speed, and attention to detail. Additionally, we're proud to share our success with worthwhile organizations in communities where our clients live and work. History of Innovation:
Formed in 2003, Red Hawk is lead by Lisa Keith, a California licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in commercial, and luxury residential real estate. Lisa continues a family legacy of real estate industry leadership started by her father, Edward A. Keith, nearly half a century ago.
Lisa believes clients are best served by immediate access to talented local agents empowered with the speed and ease of today's technologies. The intersection of services and technology means clients can rely on one company for all their real estate needs. Technological Leadership:
Red Hawk Real Estate leverages technology to empower our clients and our agents. We equip all of our full time agents with an industry-leading technology solution including access to a fully mobile, advanced Tablet PC. This enables you and your agent to compete and sign transaction documents electronically; anywhere without needing paper copies.
Additionally, we utilize SureClose, an online transaction management system allowing all parties involved in the transaction 24/7 online access to the documents that pertain to them. With SureClose, all parties to the real estate transaction are able to communicate with each other, track the status of the transaction, and view and upload documents pertinent to their property prior to closing. The collaborative, web-based environment allows all parties to share in the process. It eliminates phone calls, faxes, unreturned voice and email messages, and last-minute issues at closing.
Red Hawk recently launched our state of the art website. Creating a My Red Hawk account allows you to search the MLS, receive automatic email notifications of the newest listings that meet your criteria, stay informed on the latest trends in your neighborhood, and receive monthly newsletters. Social Commitment:
Red Hawk's Social Commitment Program selects one primary organization for a two year period. For 2008 and 2009, the Shelter Network's Haven Family House in Menlo Park will be supported. Red Hawk continues its commitment to the families at the Haven House through a year-round program of activities geared to financially and emotionally support the families living there.
